Updated 2019 List Of LTO Branches In Metro Manila

Whether youâ€™re renewing your driverâ€™s license or you have to update your vehicleâ€™s registration details, it helps to know which Land Transportation Office (LTO) branches are most accessible to you.

Here, weâ€™ve compiled a list of LTO branches, extension offices, satellite offices, and driver’s licence renewal centers in Metro Manila so wherever you are, you know where to go. As a bonus, weâ€™ve also included some notes on how best to plan your trip to each office.

LTO main offices and district offices

LTO Main Office

Address: 1200 East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City Contact numbers: 921-9017 or 705-3053

Notes: Since this is the headquarters of the LTO, expect this branch to be busier than the rest. Getting there from either Commonwealth Avenue or Edsa is also easy and the office is difficult to miss.

LTO Quezon City Extension Office

Address: Delta Motors Building, 91 Mirasol Street, San Roque, Cubao, Quezon City Contact numbers: 440-6424 or 356-0708

Notes: Jeeps headed to Pasig-Rosario from Aurora Boulevard corner 15th Avenue will pass directly by this office.

LTO La Loma District Office

Address: 3 Biak-na-Bato Street corner P. Florentino Street, Sta. Mesa Heights, Quezon City Contact numbers: 711-4444 or 416-3052

Notes: To get to this LTO branch, itâ€™s easier to go via any form of public transportation that goes through Quezon Avenue. Get off in front of Sto. Domingo Church and itâ€™s just one block away from the corner of Biak-na-Bato Street and Quezon Avenue.

LTO Camp Aguinaldo Extension Office

Address: 173 20th Avenue, Cubao, Quezon City Contact number: 995-7652

Notes: This LTO extension office is just a few minutes away from the Quezon City Extension Office and is closer to Aurora Boulevard.

LTO Novaliches District Office

Address: 1129 Quirino Highway, Kaligayahan, Quezon City Contact numbers: 417-0338 or 417-0389

Notes: You can take any public transportation that will pass through Zabarte Road. Alight at the corner of Quirino Highway and Zabarte Road and itâ€™s just a short walk from that point. If you can see S&R Commonwealth, then you know youâ€™re close.

LTO Malabon Extension Office

Address: G/F Malabon City Hall Building, F. Sevilla Boulevard, San Agustin, Malabon City Contact number: 351-7628

Notes: Since this LTO office right inside the Malabon City Hall, any jeep that passes through will be fine.

LTO Navotas Extension Office

Address: Gen. Gas Plant Building, Navotas Fishport Complex, Northbay Boulevard North, Navotas City Contact number: 283-3510

Notes: Going to the Navotas Fishport Complex is not difficult since you can either come from C4 Road from the north or Radial Road 10 from the south.

LTO Caloocan District Office

Address: 18 Araneta Avenue, Brgy. 79, Caloocan City Contact number: 364-1183

Notes: From Monumento Circle, you can ride any transportation that will take you to University of the East-Caloocan or Sangandaan and alight at the corner of Samson Road and Araneta Avenue. From there, itâ€™s just a short walk to this LTO Office.

LTO Marikina District Office

Address: LOL Building, 371 J.P. Rizal Street, Sto. NiÃ±o, Marikina City Contact number: 948-4435

Notes: This is hard to miss because itâ€™s right beside the Marikina Bridge at the corner of J.P. Rizal Street and Sumulong Highway.

LTO Mandaluyong District Office

Address: 121 Shaw Boulevard, Bagong Silang, Mandaluyong City Contact number: 532-2726

Notes: If youâ€™re coming from Sta. Mesa, expect traffic to be heavy because of the Sevilla Bridge repair. The LTO Mandaluyong office is just beside SM Hypermarket in Mandaluyong.

LTO San Juan District Office

Address: 960 Aurora Boulevard, DoÃ±a Elena, Quezon City Contact number: 714-9113

Notes: Although it is located in Quezon City, it is the main branch that primarily serves residents of San Juan. If youâ€™re coming from Sta. Mesa, it is located to your right before you cross the QC Lambingan Bridge.

LTO San Juan Licensing Center

Address: N. Domingo Street, Pedro Cruz, San Juan City Contact number: 0936-814-1339

Notes: Since itâ€™s near Agora Market, expect traffic to be horrendous in the area. You can find this office right beside Puregold Agora.

LTO Manila West District Office

Address: 2150 EspaÃ±a Boulevard, Sampaloc, City of Manila Contact number: 741-7182

Notes: If youâ€™re coming from Welcome Rotonda side, donâ€™t get off right in front of the LTO office because the closest footbridge is at the corner of EspaÃ±a Boulevard and Blumentritt Road.

LTO Manila East District Office

Address: 776 Domingo Santiago Street, Sampaloc, City of Manila Contact number: 715-5979

Notes: Although it is pretty close to Ramon Magsaysay Boulevard, it can still prove to be difficult to get there. From Magsaysay, take off at the corner of the highway and Altura Street, then turn left to P. Pelaez Street. Just keep on following the road until you see the LTO office to your right.

LTO Manila South District Office

Address: Central Post Office Annex II Building, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, City of Manila Contact numbers: 528-4668 or 528-4682

Notes: Since itâ€™s not that far from Lawton Plaza, you can just walk for a few minutes to the Manila Post Office Compound.

LTO Manila North District Office

Address: Butel Building, Tayuman Street, Santa Cruz, City of Manila Contact number: 711-0827

Notes: This is only a few blocks away from the LRT 1-Tayuman Station, so you can either take the jeep from EspaÃ±a headed to SM San Lazaro/Tayuman Street or take the train and hop off at Tayuman Station.

LTO Makati District Office

Address: 9624 Pililia Street, Valenzuela, Makati City Contact number: 895-8678

Notes: From 6 am to 9 pm, Dr. Jose P. Rizal Avenue becomes a one-way street westbound. To get there from Manila side, you can take the jeep to Guadalupe and alight at the corner of Antipolo and Hormiga Streets and take a short walk to Pililia Street.

LTO ParaÃ±aque District Office

Address: Olivarez Plaza, Ninoy Aquino Avenue, San Dionisio, ParaÃ±aque City Contact number: 833-6379

Notes: Since the terminal for southwestern routes has already moved to ParaÃ±aque Integrated Terminal Exchange, you can take your usual public transportation there to take you to Olivarez Plaza.

LTO Muntinlupa District Office

Address: Manila South Road, Tunasan, Muntinlupa City Contact number: 862-1091

Notes: Do you know that big Pepsi-Cola Plant in Muntinlupa? The LTO district office in the city is located right beside it.

LTO Taguig Extension Office

Address: Old FTI Admin Building, FTI Complex, Western Bicutan, Taguig City Contact number: 0995-633-8857

Notes: Whether youâ€™re coming from Nichols or anywhere in Taguig, itâ€™s hard to miss the FTI Complex in Taguig. You can either take the jeep there or board the Philippine National Railways (PNR) train and get off at FTI Station.

LTO Las PiÃ±as Licensing Extension

Address: FMC-LTO Compound, Alabang-Zapote Road, Talon Uno, Las PiÃ±as City Contact number: 875-2030

Notes: Everyone from the south knows that the Alabang-Zapote Road traffic is a force to reckon with. If youâ€™re going there, you better come in prepared and come earlier than your appointment date. And by earlier, we mean way earlier.

LTO Driverâ€™s License Renewal Centers in Metro Manila

First-time applicants have to contend with the crowd of LTOâ€™s district offices. However, those already have a driverâ€™s license can skip the queue and just submit their requirements at one of the many driverâ€™s license renewal centers (DLRC) scattered in Metro Manila. Avoid the rush and go to these branches instead for your renewal of license.
