Updated MECQ, GCQ, MGCQ Travel Guidelines For Every Province In The Philippines
7 min readMGCQ and GCQ travel guidelines going to provinces have been pretty hard to follow since the implementation of different levels of community quarantine per area. So we’re putting the most updated advisories per province here for easy access.
Making necessary travel plans? Don’t forget the following for strict observance:
- Mandatory wearing of face masks and face shields
- Social distancing
- Regular sanitation and disinfection through handwashing or alcohol application
Also, movement of people in areas under MECQ, GCQ, and MGCQ is still limited to essential purposes only, which means traveling for leisure is still not allowed. Persons below 21 years old, those who are 60 years old and above, those with immunodeficiency, comorbidities, or other health risks, and pregnant women are also restricted except under allowed circumstances.
These MECQ, MGCQ, and GCQ travel guidelines and requirements for travel pass when going to different provinces in the Philippines are updated as of September 30, 2020, per LGU and IATF announcements.
