Where To Send Your Donations For Victims Of Taal Volcano Eruption

Batangas is now in a state of calamity following the eruption of Taal Volcano last Sunday, January 12.

Around 200,000 residents were affected by the eruption and continued unrest, with the volcano remaining on Alert Level 4. Twelve municipalities, as well as two cities, located within a radius of 10 kilometers around Taal are part of a mandatory evacuation order.

Where To Donate Disaster Relief

Batangas Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council Head Lito Castro said in the Philippine Star that most of the affected residents were from the towns of Balete, Laurel, San Nicolas, and Talisay.

They are worried that, in the case of a full-blown eruption, 200,000 individuals from Batangas will be affected.

Donating to worthy causes is an investment that enriches our hearts and spirits, but you need to make sure that your donation will really make a difference.
