What are the eligibility requirements to apply for a Maybank Housing Loan?
- Applicant must be of legal age and not be older than 65 years old once the loan matures
- Gainfully employed with a reputable company for at least 2 years; or
- Own a business that’s been operational for at least 3 years and been making a profit in the last 2 years.
- Foreigners can still apply for a MaxiHome Loan but only if the property is a condominium, and proof of residency and employment in the Philippines must be provided
- Overseas workers should have a contract of employment for two (2) years and the nature of work that should fall under the category of Professional and Technical jobs
- Seafarers should be at least of Officer Level and serving for at least 2 continuous years
- An attorney-in-fact is required for overseas workers or seafarer applicants

Basic requirements (for both spouses):
