    Eligibility Requirements:
    “To qualify for a personal loan, there is a minimum income requirement of: Employed – P18,000 (Gross Monthly Income) Self-employed – P200,000 (Average Monthly Deposit)

    Employed:
    • Borrower must be at least 23 years old; 55 years old upon loan maturity
    • At least 2 years with the current employer
    • Supervisory level and upwards
    • Monthly income of P18, 000 (basic)
    • Employer must preferably belong to the Top 7,000 Corporation
    • Preferably Credit Card holder
    • Preferably with a Checking Account
    • Must have favorable credit checkings

    Self-employed and Professionals:
    • Borrower must be at least 23 years old; 55 years old upon loan maturity
    • At least 5 years in the same business or profession
    • Business must have been in operation for the past 5 years and profitable for the past 2 years
    • Preferably Credit Card holder
    • Preferably with a Checking Account
    • Must have favorable credit checkings

    • Filled up application form
    • Original certificate of employment w/ compensation or 1 month pay slip
    • Photocopy of latest ITR or BIR 2316
    • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs
    • Photocopy of latest credit card
    • Billing statement with residence address (if cardholder)
    • Photocopy of latest utility bill if residence address is not stated in #5 requirement

    Self-employed (Single Proprietorship):
    • Filled up application form
    • Photocopy of DTI

    • Photocopy of latest utility bill (Meralco, PLDT, Water)

    Self-employed (Corporation):
    • Filled up application form
    • Photocopy of SEC
    • Photocopy of latest 2 years ITR and Financial Statements
    • Photocopy of latest personal ITR
    • Photocopy of latest 6 months personal bank statements
    • Photocopy of valid ID
    • Photocopy of latest utility bill (Meralco, PLDT, Water)
    • Photocopy of latest 3 months credit card billing statements (if cardholder)
    • List of 3 Major suppliers and customers

    ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS:
    Bank certification if borrower has an existing loan with other banks (status and details)
    Statements of Assets and Liabelities duly prepared by Accountant and certified correct by the borrowers for loan amounts of PHP 500,000.00

    Equicom Personal Loan Interest Rates:
    1.1% add-on per month for employed borrowers and 1.3% for self-employed borrowers

    Processing Fee:
    PHP 2,000.00

    Tenure:
    The minimum loan tenure is 1 year (12 months) and the maximum loan tenure is 6 years (72 months).

    Mode of Payment:
    Payable via Post Dated Checks
